Technical details of MailAnalytics:

MailAnalytics is a Windows form application that connects directly to your instance of Lyris Listmanager and allows you to generate complementary reports not available in Listmanager.

Here are the technical requirements for the application:

MailAnalytics Installation Requirements

MailAnalytics needs the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2 installed on the PC where it is to be installed

Available Internet Connection

Make sure any traffic between MailAnalytics and ListManager isn't blocked (no inbound/outbound firewall rules)

If you access the internet via a proxy server you will need to configure MailAnalytics with proxy server location and permissions to access the internet.

If MailAnalytics is installed in a custom directory, make sure it has permissions to write and create files in that directory.

Future of MailAnalytics

We are currently developing further the deliverability monitoring aspect of MailAnalytics.

We are also developing a Web interface version of the application.
